Özgür Bursalı, Patriotic (Vatan) Party Secretary General, made a public statement today (Wednesday, July 31, 2024) at 14.00 in front of the Israeli Embassy Residence upon the martyrdom of Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh.
Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of HAMAS, the hero on the front line of the Palestinian people, was martyred as a result of Israel’s vile assassination.
Today, in front of the Israeli Embassy, we have gathered to show the determination of Palestine, Türkiye and humanity to those imperialists, Zionists and murderers. We confront them.
Ismail Haniyeh is a martyr for us, for all of us, for the Palestinian people, for the Arab peoples, for the developing world and for all humanity who want peace and tranquility in the world, who want to live free and independently.
This assassination is Israel’s desperation. They could not succeed. They could not take over Palestine. They could not take over Gaza. Israel has lost this war.
The USA and Israel have no chance to prevent the victory of Palestine with this assassination.
On the contrary, Haniyeh’s martyrdom will further strengthen the determination of the heroic Palestinian people, Gazans and those who do not surrender to the US-Israel in the whole world.
The victory belongs to those who are not afraid to die, and now they win.
Palestinians are not afraid to die. Haniyeh gave his grandchildren and children as martyrs, and now he sacrificed his own life for Palestine and humanity.
Gazans, their children, youth and women are not afraid of dying and martyrdom.
Against the tanks, weapons, tens of thousands of soldiers and superior technology of the USA and Israel, the Palestinians are waging a heroic struggle on the front line of humanity in Gaza and are marching towards victory.
Palestinian flags are rising all over the world. Israel is desperate. This assassination is an indication of that great desperation. Israel is now left with a handful of imperialists who applaud it at the US Capitol.
Israel’s only solution is to recognize an independent, united Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital. Apart from this, Israel has no chance.
Now is the time to embrace our duties more firmly.
Israel’s target is not only Palestine. The goal is to establish the Second Israel in our region under the name of Kurdistan.
Therefore, this is a war for us as well.
Gazans are struggling for us today. Haniyeh became a martyr for us. Forty thousand Gazans have been martyred for the future of all humanity.
We owe a debt to our martyrs.
Let’s not keep calling out to the world. As Türkiye, Let’s do our part.
A joint armed operation in northern Syria by Türkiye, Syria and Russia would be the biggest strike to Israel. It will be the biggest support to Palestine. It will be the greatest gift to the martyr Haniyeh.
Once again, we confront US imperialism and Israeli Zionism.
We are all Haniyeh. We are all Gazans. We are all Palestinians. Your assassinations, murders, tanks and weapons are useless.
No power will stand against Independent Palestine. No power will be able to prevent the victory of Palestine.
No power will be able to establish the Second Israel by dividing our country.
US imperialism and Israeli Zionism will be buried in history. The victory will be Palestine’s and Türkiye’s.
