Before we delve into our main topic, let’s start by giving some examples of how the globalist Atlantic front has recently intensified the use of violence to maintain its world hegemony and how this has transformed into global terror:
The worldwide Atlantic terror
- The assassination of HAMAS leader Ismail Haniyeh and high-ranking Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukur.
- Assassination attempts on US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico.
- The threat from Israel, likening Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan to “Saddam Hussein”.
- Intensifying threats by globalist forces against Serbian and Hungarian leaders Aleksandar Vučić and Viktor Orbán.
- The US providing Avenger Stinger air defense systems to the PKK/PYD.
- The Crocus City Hall attack in Russia, causing numerous civilian casualties.
- The continuous supply of weapons and equipment, including F-16s, to Ukraine by the US and Europe.
- The military coup attempt in Bolivia.
- The “color revolution” attempt following elections in Venezuela.
- The uninterrupted genocide against the Palestinian people.
This list could certainly be extended. What we want to emphasize is that although these events are occurring in different parts of the world, they are all part of the same strategy: The Atlantic front is resorting to every possible means to maintain its diminishing global hegemony in military, political and economic spheres and to protect Israel’s weakening position. The means they are resorting to have now turned into naked terror and violence.
The Atlantic is losing in Africa
Africa is also receiving its share from these “activities” of the globalist terror center.
Things are not going well for the Atlanticists in Africa either. While Türkiye, Russia and China’s initiatives are gaining strength on the Dark Continent, the West’s new colonial policies are collapsing.
The most significant example of this is the Sahel region. Particularly, the governments of Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger. They have taken their destinies in their own hands, put an end to centuries of exploitation, expelled French and American military forces who settled in their countries under the pretext of “fighting terrorism” but supported divisive and extremist terrorist organizations in reality and prevented the exploitation of its resources vital to the world economy. Their such policies provide a roadmap not only for Africa but for the whole world.
Moreover, in this region where constant fragmentation has been imposed, the Sahel countries have come together to form a confederation. Many integration projects, including a joint army and a common currency, which strike a blow to the new colonialists, are on the horizon.
In this struggle for freedom by the Sahel countries, Türkiye, Russia and China stand with them. Political, diplomatic, economic and military collaborations follow one another in this regard. The relations between these three countries and Africa are developing on the basis of equality and mutual interests. This is what differentiates the stance of Türkiye-Russia-China from what the West has been doing in the continent.
Developing relations between Türkiye and Sahel countries
Türkiye is rapidly increasing its influence in the region.
Turkish Bayraktars are fighting against Western-backed separatist and extremist terrorism in Mali. Recently, Erdoğan discussed political and military cooperation against terrorism with his Malian counterpart Assimi Goita in a phone call. The extradition of FETÖ members in Mali to Türkiye was also one of the topics.
Meanwhile, Hakan Fidan visited Niger in mid-July a strong delegation. The main topics of the talks were energy, mining, trade, intelligence and defense.
Ankara is now among the primary partners of the Sahel countries. Besides the massive economic opportunities for Türkiye, as Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger move forward against the Atlantic front, Türkiye is also gaining new maneuvering spaces against the West. The more the globalists lose in Africa, the weaker they will be in Syria and the East Mediterranean against Türkiye.
Thus, this region plays a role in Türkiye’s future in many aspects.
China and Russia are also enhancing their relations with the Sahel countries in various fields, from military agreements to the construction of nuclear power plants.
Mali’s PKK
When we say “things are not going well for the West in this region” this is what we mean. Therefore, in Africa too, globalist authorities are left with no other tool than terror to stop their decline.
These terrorist activities have recently accelerated, especially in Mali. The terrorist organization called the Coordination of Azawad Movements (CMA), which can be described as the “PKK in Mali”, has intensified its attacks.
Ukraine’s support for terrorist organizations in Mali
At this point, we need to note a new development. As we discussed in our previous article, the Ukrainian conflict that has spread to Africa has taken on a new dimension. Andriy Yusov, the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR), announced that Ukraine supports terrorists in Mali under the guise of combating Russia’s influence in Africa.
Ukraine’s intelligence service and military are training, equipping and providing intelligence to separatist Tuaregs.
Subsequently, the Ukrainian newspaper Kyiv Post published a photo of Tuaregs and jihadists attacking the Malian Army and their Russian allies posing with the Ukrainian flag. Ukrainian military officials with blurred faces were also in the photo.
On August 2, this time the Ukrainian Embassy in Senegal announced that Kyiv officials support these attacks. The embassy had to delete its post after the backlash.
Naturally, Ukraine’s support for these terrorist organizations was met with reactions from the governments of countries like Mali, Mauritania, Burkina Faso and Senegal. These countries began to take steps against Ukraine.
The Malian Army responded to the attack by Ukraine-supported terrorists using Bayraktar UAVs received from Türkiye.
Ukraine as the Atlantic’s proxy in Africa
The Kyiv regime’s engagement in military activities in Africa, while fighting a power like Russia in its own country and showing significant weaknesses, cannot be explained with the interests of the Kyiv regime, let alone those of the Ukrainian people.
Undoubtedly, the Atlantic front is not only using Ukraine against Russia, but also deploying it as a “proxy force” to suppress independence movements in the Sahel region. The globalist forces losing in Africa are using terror as a tool here just as they do against Palestine, Türkiye and even leaders in their own countries whom they consider not to be useful.
Türkiye should render its Ukraine policy coherent
These developments are also full of lessons for Türkiye. That Türkiye is being threatened by the Atlantic needs no explanation.
Naturally, in Africa too, Atlantic interests conflict with those of Türkiye. The more “West” in Africa, the less “Türkiye” and the less “West” the more “Türkiye” in Africa.
We have written extensively on the stance Türkiye should take on the Ukraine issue. Those wondering could take a look.
But now, the new thing is that the Ukrainian administration is coming up against us in Africa on behalf of Atlantic interests.
While Ukraine supports terrorists attacking the Malian Army, it is also attacking Türkiye-Mali and Türkiye-Sahel cooperation.
Türkiye now has to adjust its Ukraine policy in line with its own interests. This has become a must for Türkiye.
